Ben Howells
Chef Executive Officer

Ben Howells went to University of Hull, where he made his degree in Politics.

Post University Ben worked for 2 years for Mitchells and Butlers on their management graduate scheme, and during this programme spent time managing pubs across Birmingham

Ben then joined the charity Aquarius, where he worked for 10 years running services that helped people with Drug, Alcohol or Gambling problems.

He has worked for LWC for nearly 3 years, starting in the post of Managing Director and moving to become CEO 2 years ago

Outside of work Ben likes football, cricket and running.

Patrick Kwesiga
Chief Operating Officer for Clinical and Operations

Patrick Kwesiga is the Chief Operating Officer (Clinical and Operations) for Living Well Consortium.

He is a psychotherapist registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. He holds relevant qualifications, including a masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, a BA (Social Sciences), a Postgraduate in IAPT Leadership and Management of health, and corporate leadership accreditation. He is also a qualified IAPT supervisor and an accredited Well-being Facilitator.

Patrick has a depth of experience in community development, is a children mentor, community advocate, and health and well-being promoter.

He also specialises in writing and literary works, theatre director, acting and African drumming. He is author of Glad Made Mad a socio-cultural drama, and co-author of The Dancing Tree children’s stories.

Sally 1

Sally Munday
Finance Director

Sally Munday is Finance Director at Living Well Consortium.

Sally started at Living Well in 2020, and came with extensive experience in Finance within the third sector, having worked in many senior finance posts for charities and not-for-profit organisations; Sally is FCA qualified, and has a BA degree in Law with French and European Studies.

Sally volunteers for other charities in Audit/Finance committee roles

Her specialist subject on Mastermind some years ago was the Pre-Raphaelite artist Sir John Everett Millais;

Her cats (Derek and Clive), and daughters (aged 15 and 12) keep her busy when not at work;

Sally enjoys cooking; spending time in the outdoors (in 2023 she plans to complete the Coast to Coast walk); reading; the seaside (especially Cornwall); yoga; watching daft TV, and pub quizzes.
