Birmingham Centre for Arts Therapies
The Birmingham Centre for Arts Therapies (BCAT) is a registered charity which was set up in 1993 to provide an accessible arts therapies, and more recently an arts in health service throughout the Midlands.
We assist children and adults who are experiencing mental health, physical, behavioural or emotional issues with arts therapies, and we also work closely with our community partners across Birmingham to support the health and wellbeing of citizens using art, dance, drama, music and play.

Legacy WM
Legacy WM was established in 2010 and has Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) status. Inspired by the heritage of post-war migrant communities in Birmingham, our work celebrates their relationship with the industrial, architectural, and cultural fabric of the City. Early projects included tracing migrant journeys to Birmingham and developing a local heritage trail.

Our Roots
Our Roots is a community interest company (CIC) that started as an organised Community Group known as Back To My Roots in February 2009.
Back To My Roots rose out of the work of Community Development Workers of the then South Birmingham PCT based in Midland Heart that was delivering the government’s Delivering Race Equality (DRE) program for mental health.
