Kickstart

The Kickstart Scheme is a 6-month paid job with a local employer for eligible young people aged 16-24.

Young people will need to see their Work Coach at their local job centre to see if they are eligible to be involved in the scheme.

If you do not know where your local job centre is you can find the details here.

Living Well & the Kickstart Scheme

One of Living Well’s Funding aims is to support economic recovery within the West Midlands and to support the wellbeing of young people.

To offer young people work placements means they can develop new skills and achievement and financial satisfaction.

Across the Consortium, we have vacancies available across the city, from Administration, Digital Coaches, Marketing through to Hospitality and Catering and even Recovery Coach roles for those who want to gain experience in Health and Social care.
